Clifford Conroy has been involved in the Marquee Hire Industry for over 15 years and has a wealth of experience gained both in Ireland and The United States. He worked for the largest Marquee Company in Ireland for 8 years and was the Project Manager for such Prestigious Events as The 2006 Ryder Cup, Punchestown National Hunt Festival, The Rose of Tralee Festival, as well as many high profile Weddings and Corporate Events.
Cliff’s expertise is an ability to translate the Clients wishes into reality with a calm assurance and to produce bespoke luxurious Interior finishes both for Marquees and Venues.
In establishing Pavilion, Cliff’s aim has always been to create a Marquee Company that is totally dedicated to a personalised level of Customer Service. He is involved at all stages from site visits to the design and project management of every Marquee for Weddings or Event Marquee Hire.
This attention to detail combined with Marquees and linings that are the latest designs, professionally erected to the highest standards possible, places Pavilion at the forefront of the Marquee Industry in Ireland.
Cliff is involved in the erection and dressing of every Wedding Marquee by Pavilion.
He “wishes” that he had in interest in golf and fishing but unfortunately with the Marquee Season it means his Sporting activities are fairly limited!
Noreen Cassidy is an experienced Sales and Marketing Professional who has held a number of high profile roles in Ireland and the UK. She was headhunted by Telecom Eireann to become the Sales Director of Eircell (now Vodafone) and is widely credited with the launch of pre-paid mobile services in Ireland. Her Event Management background and expertise includes having been the CEO of The International Rose of Tralee Festival and also The RTÉ Telethon CEO for The People in Need Trust. Noreen has been involved in managing many Events including Gala Balls, music concerts, TV Shows and corporate functions. She is retained by a number of Clients to advise on Events ranging from Venue Décor to fundraising opportunities.
Noreen’s main role in Pavilion is to liaise with Clients and to gain an understanding of their specific requirements. When it comes to Weddings she becomes very involved with each Bride in liasing with them and helping to ensure that Pavilion delivers on the “Wow Factor” for their Special Day.
As a mother of two she says: “Once you have Children their World becomes yours in such an innocent, wonderful, inspiring way that there is little time for any other interests”.
All the members of the Pavilion Team have Marquee and Event Management backgrounds and enjoy working together in a professional manner to deliver a first class product.
